Positive Reviews

Superb location offered the best of both worlds

The central location of this accommodation was a clear winner for guests. The highlight for many was the fact that the immediate surroundings were lovely and peaceful. Better still, it was just a short walk to many of beautiful Bath’s most iconic attractions. Guests commented that this setting offered them the best of both worlds during their stay.

Great quality accommodation with extras

Overall, guests were impressed with the standard of the various units, which were consistently described as clean, comfortable and kitted out with everything needed for a short stay. Given that parking can be tricky in downtown Bath, drivers particularly appreciated the provision of a residential parking permit, which usually enabled them to park nearby.

Helpful hosts

It was difficult to find a bad word from reviewers about the hosts of this property. On the contrary, visitors were made to feel exceptionally welcome from the moment they arrived. The hosts were reportedly not only friendly and helpful but also very responsive to queries. Service related issues were extremely rare during reviewers' stays here.

Negative Reviews

A few minor grumbles

Missing floor tiles bothered guests in some parts of the accommodation, while others wished there had been full kitchens in all the units as the kitchenettes weren't so well-equipped. The narrow stairs used to reach some of the units occasionally posed problems for those with limited mobility or heavy bags to carry.
