About The Bear

The Bear is found on the edge of the historic spa city of Bath, a 15-minute minute walk from central attractions like The Roman Baths and Bath Abbey. Its boutique rooms have a retro aesthetic including animal hide rugs and Alexandra Park is just a few blocks away.

Each of the seven rooms are en-suite with plasma-screen TVs, Duck Island toiletries, duck down and feather duvets and pillows, free Wi-Fi and tea & coffee trays.

Complimentary on-site parking is available, late check-outs can be arranged and The Bear can be booked exclusively for weddings and other events.

The British breakfast, lunch and dinner menus are changed every month, Sunday roasts with all the trimmings are served and the bar serves ales, regional ciders and a wide wine selection.

Royal Crescent is 1.4 miles away from the hotel and the Bath Golf Club 1.8 miles.
