Positive Reviews

Game drives are phenomenal

Guests don't think they will ever forget their game drive experiences at this lodge, which are inclusive of the room rate too. Guides are said to be exceptionally knowledgable, with guests somewhat surprised at the number of sightings they encounter. They say their drives often include all the big five animals and sometimes their babies as well.

Stunning accommodation

The stunning high ceilings and typical thatched roofs make staying here quite unique, especially international travellers unfamiliar with the accommodation type. Guests also find that the rooms are lovely and quiet, the beds are super comfortable and one of their favourite past-times is to relax on the balcony and watch the Nyala (antelope) graze in the distance.

Friendly staff

Guests find the resort is a family-friendly place to stay. They think the staff have a lot to do with the relaxed and homely vibe here, and appreciated their high level of hospitality.

Negative Reviews

Paid Wi-Fi

Travellers are not at all pleased with the fact that they have to pay to use the Wi-Fi at the lodge. They think that in this day and age, it should be included in the room rate. Those who do pay to use the Wi-Fi are not happy with the quality of the service.

No fridge

There's a cafe at the lodge so that guests can stock up on odds and ends. Those who purchase cold drinks are disappointed that there's no mini fridge in the rooms to keep them cold for later. They think that it may as well be included in the otherwise well-appointed rooms.
