Certain aspects of this quaint estate have begun to show considerable signs of age and tiring, such as creaking floor boards in the bedrooms, loose tiling in some of the showers, and wobbly chairs and bed frames. Broken drawer knobs have also elicited negative attention from prior inhabitants.
