Amazing staff with Turkish hospitality.

Guests say that the staff at Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa exhibits true Turkish hospitality. Staff members are very warm, friendly, and highly personable without being intrusive in any way. The cleaners are always at hand to quickly clean up any mess so the hotel always remains spotlessly clean. Guests in particular love the entertainment/animations crew which they say is really good at its game. Most guests are generally very warm and friendly as well.

Turkish delicacies.

Many guests have recommended the choice of meals served at the four onsite restaurants, in particular Kebap with its Turkish cuisines. Guests have also recommended the international and seafood cuisines served here.

Modern spa.

Kum Spa, the onsite full-service spa, is very modern with the latest amenities. The spa features three treatment rooms with general massages, hot stone massages, and Thai massages. The spa itself is equipped with a steam room, Turkish bath, and sauna. A wide variety of treatments including reflexology are provided.

Crowded restaurants/poor breakfast.

Guests have reported that the restaurants at Bodrum Holiday Resort & Spa are prone to getting overcrowded especially during breakfast. Moreover, several guests have faulted the meals served for breakfast saying their lacked variety and were generally of low quality.

Very hilly neighborhood.

Many guests have reported being surprised by just how hilly the hotel grounds and neighborhood are. Many guests have said they got completely winded after just walking just a few hundred yards which makes exploring the locality difficult. The terrain is very challenging for guests with mobility problems.
