A good location for exploring Bogota

Travellers are generally very enthusiastic about the hotel's location. The pleasant neighbourhood offers many places to eat and shop, as well as good transport connections to much of the city, including its historic centre. It is particularly convenient to El Campin Stadium and Corferias.

Negative Reviews

Older property in need of some TLC

Guests often point out that the photos available on the hotel website are out of date, as the rooms are significantly more worn and dated than they appear online. Security concerns such as broken window locks and plumbing troubles, including interruptions in hot water and unfortunate odours, are widely reported. The overall standard of housekeeping is generally considered well below average, particularly in the bathrooms.

Not the breakfast of champions

Travellers are disappointed to find that the complimentary breakfast buffet is held in another property across the street. Those who make the effort generally find the spread is fairly limited.

Some unfriendly faces at reception

With a few exceptions, the staff are found to be polite but not particularly accommodating or friendly. Guests are sometimes dismayed by discrepancies in the bill as well. International travellers note that few of the team members are fluent in English.
