Positive Reviews

Fantastic Location

Just a quick stroll away from the sea front, shops, cafes and pubs, this location is great Convenient access to city centre for those attending events or conducting business.

Just The Basics

This is only a room with nothing extra, and its quite affordable Some of the single rooms can be quite small, so if you're looking for larger spaces, opt for the triples Quiet accommodations, clean and cosy with the tea/coffee supplies replenished daily No frills here!

Staff Friendly & Scarce

You won't see much of the staff, but when you do see them, they will be friendly! Remember to keep your phones charged; at arrival, if the intercom system isn't working, you'll have to call reception to be allowed into the building.

Negative Reviews

Lots Of Nope

Seems a few things are lacking here No lift is available; not fun for those unlucky enough to get a fourth floor room No fridge in the room, so you can't chill water or milk for tea No lobby or lounge. No Wi-Fi available, although this is made clear at booking and at check-in.

Breakfast Is Dearly Missed

Although it is not advertised, breakfast is sadly missed by guests accustomed to some type of complimentary breakfast in the morning. This is not offered here, and your nearest breakfast cafe opens at 8:00 am All the more reason to sleep in!

Parking Is An Annoyance

No parking area on-site, and the nearest free car park is a mile and a half away. On-street parking is free on some routes after 8:00 pm, but not during the day Nearby main beach front parking is available for a fee, but only for nine hours Another, cheaper area is further down the beach, offering lower rates for longer hours. Look around for deals.
