Positive Reviews

Never seen a hotel fridge like this before.

This is a real Brighton Belle! The room fridge is full of ‘freebie’ drinks, (*including a tipple of wine), water and chocolate. It beats into a cocked hat, the contents you tend to find in 5-star hotels. Joy knows no bounds, here. There’s even fresh milk

Fabulous location.

It’s so close to the buzz of Brighton city centre; shops, restaurants and bars. No need for expensive taxis when most places are within easy walking distance.

Friendly welcome and so efficient.

They can’t do enough to help and they’re on the ball. Inquire about use of an iron, for instance and wham, bam; there it is, delivered to the door.

Negative Reviews

Small room spaces.

OK, it’s the centre of Brighton but, even so and bearing in mind the bulky price, room spaces are really quite small and the value is questionable.

The dark side of regency Brighton.

Apartments need ‘bottoming out’. Some areas haven’t seen a hoover in yonks and showers are manky in the extreme. It’s to the rear of a number of restaurants; so, yes, there are places to eat! But the entrance is up a dark and dirty alley way.

Rooms for improvement.

Sofa beds are uncomfortable. Apartments are cold, air conditioning doesn’t work.
