Positive Reviews

Location ticks plenty of boxes

Travellers agree that this hotel's location is far and away its greatest asset. Being within walking distance of must-see sights like the Hungarian State Opera and House of Terror museum pleases visitors no end, as does having a metro station so close by.

Very good rates

While guests who stay here acknowledge the fact this hotel has its downsides, most reviewers believe its highly competitive rates make it a good option in actual value for money terms.

Negative Reviews

Accommodations need refurbishing

Reviews suggest very few travellers have good things to say about the fatigued guest rooms at this hotel. Visitors identify broken doors, busted handles, worn bed sheets and untreated mould as the most pressing concerns. The en-suite bathrooms, with their unpleasant odours and persistent leakage issues, fair little better.

Poor overall cleaning standards

It's fair to say guests are uniformly unimpressed with the general standard of cleanliness maintained here. Dusty surfaces, dirty floors and grubby towels top most visitors' lists of complaints. The persistent presence of bugs throughout the premises doesn't help matters much either.

Breakfast isn't up to scratch.

Travellers are generally quite underwhelmed with the breakfast offerings. The general taste and overall selection of dishes is, disappointed diners remark, really pretty poor.
