Good for Singles

Some guests thought the place was ok for bachelors and group of friends, as there is not much in the name of amenities. The food is also decent and the cost reasonable.

Nice Swimming Pool

The outdoor swimming pool is said to be a great amenity by most guests who were happy to spend time there and relax. The pool was a good opportunity to take a swim and enjoy the company of other people. It is a simple pool.

Good Location

The resort is located near the beach area of Calangute and also near the market. Guests were able to head to these places with ease. It is near enough for guests to go to the various beaches and come back to their rooms during the day.

Negative Reviews

Dirty Place

The photos of the “resort” are said to be fake and many guests were upset to find the rooms and area were anything but what the photos were. The hallways and rooms were dirty and very bare. The hygiene is very low and the smells were bad.

Resort, Hotel or Living Area

The resort, as it markets itself, is actually not even close to a resort or hotel for most guests. They figured it is actually an apartment building where families live there permanently. They were disappointed with the whole ambiance and would never come back.

Disappointing Stay

Some guests were disappointed with their stay as their expectations were very high. They saw there was no parking, no bell boy service, and no cleanliness. The amenities were very, very bare and if there was something like water asked of, it had to be paid.
