Positive Reviews

It's an easy stroll into town

Ashley is an in excellent location, meaning that getting around and seeing all of Cambridge's attractions is very straightforward You can do most of it by foot Not only that, but if you feel like going out and don't want to venture too far, there is a pub across the road.

Bring you car

The hotel has its own on site car park, meaning that you can drive right up to your accommodation The even better news is that it's complimentary.

Evenings and mornings are sorted

Guestrooms tick so may boxes They are really well-sized, very clean and comfortable You'll have plenty of space to relax and you're sure to have a fine night's sleep within them Then, in the morning, you can start your day off with an excellent breakfast.

The staff are friendly and obliging

Hotel employees will always do their best for you, whatever your request.

Negative Reviews

Help is hard to find

While the representatives of Ashley are approachable and accommodating, sometimes it is hard to track them down It seems that, much of the time, there are only limited staff on site.

Check-in can be confusing

Depending what time you arrive at the premises, you might find that the front door is locked and there'll be a note upon it telling you to head over to the parent hotel, in order to check-in This involves walking a few hundred metres down the road Therefore, it's worth taking note of the address of both venues before you leave home.

Getting online can be tricky

The Wi-Fi signal isn't always the strongest, so you might have trouble logging on at times.
