A Sunflower Stop is a hostel in the Green Point district of Cape Town, providing a range of private and shared accommodation with communal facilities including an outdoor swimming pool.

Dormitories consist of six or eight beds large with shared bathrooms facilities, whilst private doubles and twins offer a choice of shared or private bathroom. Dormitories include individual lockers for guests.

There is a communal guest lounge on-site which features a TV. An outdoor sundeck and garden area is a guest favourite during the long summer months.. Complimentary parking and Wi-Fi are also included, plus staff can assist with tour bookings and currency exchange.

A shared kitchen is available for guests to self cater, plus there is an in-house bar and cafe offering a range of beverages.

Cape Town Stadium is located just 15 minutes walk from A Sunflower Stop. The seaside promenade at Three Anchor Bay is 800 metres away. Table Mountain National Park is a ten-kilometre drive from the hostel.
