While many guests were satisfied with the hotel's overall cleanliness, others complained that the bathrooms were less than immaculate, the upholstery and carpets were stained and that the hotel had a dingy and grubby feel.

A Fixer-Upper

Although guests appreciated the budget prices at Coral By The Sea, many noted that the facility is overdue for some routine maintenance and a few cosmetic repairs. Gusts reported broken and non working door latches, non working elevators, broken vending machines, a missing ramp in the Handicapped entrance and beds that had seen better days.
