Positive Reviews

Guests Love the All-Inclusive Option

The hotel offers an all-inclusive option and guests, especially honeymooners, rave about it. They say the restaurant and bar onsite are great and the atmosphere is so much fun, you don't want to leave the resort. They also say the resort serves high quality food and drinks and they feel the all-inclusive is a good value.

Always Fun to Be Had

Guests say there's always something going on at the resort if you want. From beach volleyball to karaoke at night, it seems there's always a party going on somewhere.

Great Staff

Staff here work hard to make sure everyone is having a good time. Guests say everyone on the front line is friendly and very helpful.

Negative Reviews

Need a Car if You Want to Leave

There's a lot to do at the resort, but there's not much within walking distance if you want to leave. You'll have to take a taxi to area beaches and restaurants or rent a car to explore the island.

Nobody Comes Here for the Rooms

Guests say rooms are a little dated and they're pretty basic and there are some complaints about hot water and plumbing issues and tiny showers. If you're looking for a clean, basic room at a fun beach resort, you won't be disappointed.

This is Not the Best Beach

The beach at the hotel is rocky, and with all the gorgeous beaches in the Caribbean, it's not the best, but..some of the best beaches in the world are close-by and guests can spend the day at Magen's Bay or on St. John, and be back at the resort for a late dinner.
