Review highlights
Positive Reviews
  • Spectacular Location for the Heart of Chicago

Whether it's visiting nearby attractions like Willis Tower, Millennium Park, Chicago 360, Navy Pier or any of the high-end retailers on 'the magnificent mile', guests said when you stay here you're near all the major attractions. Some visitors also remarked that it's close to intriguing dining establishments and bars.

  • Swanky, Hipster Hotel

Guests tend to like the unique and avant-garde decor of the hotel, both in the lobby areas and the guestrooms. Even the bathrooms in the rooms receive compliments for their trendy appearance and functionality. While families are welcome, guests mentioned it does have more of a single, young adult vibe.

  • Trifecta of Superior Service

Visitors commented that the hotel really excels on three areas - comfy beds, some great views and outstanding customer service.

Negative Reviews
  • Expect Noisy Nights

The hotel is in the city of Chicago so that means that you'll find traffic at all hours. There's also a lot of commotion surrounding the bar and lounge area, according to visitors. Some guests recommend staying in rooms that aren't in front of the building.

  • Parking Price Is Substantial

A number of guests commented that the price that you pay for parking a car is exceedingly high. Some guests remarked that even the self-parking, rather than the valet parking, is still quite substantial and should be considered as you price the hotel.

  • Rooms Not Exceedingly Large

One of the comments that many visitors made was about the room size. For some, it was too small and left travelers with a claustrophobic feeling. Even guests who enjoyed the hotel, admitted that the space wasn't huge by any means, but that was fine by them.
