Clean Rooms & Hotel

Although many guests felt the hotel to be in need of a renovation, the rooms and hotel common areas were found to be clean and tidy. There were little complaints of the uncleanliness or bad job done by the housekeeping staff.

Friendly Staff Members

Some guests thought the staff members had a good customer service. They were happy to have found human beings who knew how to chat and care about the customer on a personal level. For example, a front desk member offered food for a guest that lost his wallet.

The décor was seen as tacky and old by many guests who thought the hotel stayed back in time, not just a couple of decades but more than three decades. The bed springs could be felt, the TVs were very outdated and the furnishings worn out.

Needs a Renovation

The hotel has shown signs of age according to some guests that have stayed here. Some find this to be a disappointment given the rooms are seen to be tiny by today's standards. For instance, the air-conditioning and heating were free standing or window units and not built in.

Loud Air-conditioning & Bad Plumbing

Many guests complained that their air-conditioning were very loud it was annoying. The shower head pressure did not flow with a good pressure and would go from cold and hot water at will. Guests were not able to take a comfortable shower or reduce the noise level.
