Negative Reviews

No free Wi-Fi

Guests have complained that the Wi-Fi provided is unnecessarily expensive. For a hotel of this caliber, Wi-Fi should be provided throughout the building for free, including the private rooms and suites. There is however free Wi-Fi that guests can use in the business center. .

Expensive parking

Although Chicago is known for having expensive parking rates, the hotel should be more accommodating to their guests in this regard. There have been several complaints with the parking arrangements as guests do not feel that they should be paying so much for parking. .

No real views

Due to the age of this hotel, the building is not as tall as the surrounding buildings and you might end up with a room that faces a wall. Although this could be a problem for some, guests have generally enjoyed staying at JW Marriott Chicago Hotel. .
