Positive Reviews

Friendly staff

Guests at the hotel note that the staff who work there are exceptionally friendly and professional people, always going above and beyond to make sure both short- and long-term visitors are taken care of and satisfied with their experience. They are also quick to offer recommendations and stay on top of problems that arise.

Home away from home

With kitchenettes in the studios and full kitchens in the one- and two-bedroom suites, as well as living areas in every room, guests feel like they're staying more in an apartment than a hotel, which is especially comforting to those on extended stays. The added amenities of home - including the convenience store onsite - really help to make guests settle in.

Great patio

In the warmer months the outdoor patio and fire pit area are a great place to relax in, especially in the evenings. Guests say that it's very comfortable and well-maintained despite the frequent usage.

Negative Reviews

Prone to outside noise

While guests report a minimal amount of highway noise despite the hotel's proximity to the interstate, they do note that there can be noise between levels and from stairwells. Those who sleep lightly might want to request a room on the top floor or pack some earplugs just in case.

Unattractive location

Guests say that the grounds of the hotel are generally well-maintained, but unfortunately due to being packed in with other hotels near the interstate, the location is not as picturesque as they would like. However, this doesn't negatively affect their stay overall.

Cramped parking lot

Those traveling by car might want to check in as early as possible, as some say the small parking lot of the hotel fills up fast and it can be difficult to get cars in and out when the lot is at capacity.
