This motel was ever popular with those seeking to make the most of the area’s attractions. The region’s natural beauty – especially its array of hiking trails and parks – was a big draw for many, with guests pleased to find access to the great outdoors so close to an interstate route. Speaking of, this property was a top choice for those looking for a place to stop between Chattanooga and Nashville and handy for those making longer journeys within the region.

Pleasant rooms

It was noted by a number of guests that the rooms here have been recently refurbished. This was much appreciated, with many happy to find clean, modern units complete with comfy beds. The double sinks were a nice touch.

Solid breakfast

As far as continental buffets goes, this motel seemed to offer an impressive range of quality offerings. The waffle option was especially popular.

Older hotel, some dated interior features

Despite the interior refurbishment, some rooms still sport some older, worn fixtures – especially in the bathrooms. Shower handles and faucets were a particular problem, with a number of guests noting that these were on the verge of falling off. Many also felt that the exterior of this property could be updated to a more modern appearance.
