Location a bit misleading

While the hotel is located near Indira Gandhi International Airport, guests mention that it takes around 20 minutes by car to get there, which is perhaps longer than guests were expecting. Also, the centre of New Delhi is some distance away, and not necessarily ideal for sightseers.

Check-in and check-out delays

Guests feel that the standard of service at reception isn't as good as it could be. In particular, check-in and check-out can take quite a while which is not ideal when guests want to relax in their room after a long journey or need to depart quickly to catch a flight.
