    Review Highlights
    Positive Reviews
    • Clean, modern rooms..

Most guests find the recently remodeled rooms to be spotlessly clean and spacious, with comfortable, modern furnishings and quiet, effective air-conditioning. Tired travelers generally appreciate the convenience of the microwave and fridge, and many rate the beds as exceptionally comfortable as well. Some were delighted to see the Rocky Mountains from their top floor rooms.

    • Many Happy Hours..

Several guests exclaim over the delicious and reasonably-priced happy hour specials in the hotel's restaurant, Territory, and many guests rate the coffee at DazBog's as "better than Starbucks." Most guests give the front desk, housekeeping, and wait staff rave reviews as well, noting that they are always welcomed with a smile and that the team seems pleased to "go the extra mile".

    • You won't need your car..

Most guests were happy to leave their cars parked during their stay, as business travelers found that the Convention Center and many corporate offices were just a few steps away, while leisure travelers noted that the main shopping district is about two blocks off. There is a wide array of restaurants and bars within walking distance as well, and sports fans can comfortably walk to Coors Field.

    Negative Reviews
    • Pricey valet parking..

Several guests were disappointed to find that valet parking was the only option, and many considered the charge unreasonably high. Though most found the valets prompt and professional, a few guests were inconvenienced by long waits for their cars.

    • Nobody's perfect..

Though reviews of the staff are largely positive, a few guests did experience indifferent or even impolite service at the front desk.

    • Climate control issues..

An unlucky few had trouble with the heating or cooling system, or else discovered housekeeping oversights, such as too few towels or items in the drawers left behind by previous guests.
