Occupying a historic 19th century building surrounded by its own private garden, Lumber Baron Inn & Gardens offers elegant accommodation in close proximity to many of Denver’s popular tourist attractions.

Spacious rooms, full of character.

A short walk into town.

Many were pleased to report that they did not need to use their cars as many chose to walk into town where they were able to have their meals and also visit the numerous shops and cafes. Those who came here for business purposes found it handy being close

Negative Reviews

Plumbing issues.

Guests reported several plumbing-related issues such as low pressure which resulted in the water coming out in a trickle. Others mentioned that they found it difficult to adjust the temperature as the water would go form scolding to cold.

Basic room amenities.

Quite a few guests said they found it rather inconvenient not having a hospitality tray in the room so that they could make themselves a hot drink. Others objected to the lack of toiletries which are supplied as standard.

Compact showers.

The shower cubicles have been described as being uncomfortable small as guests said they had very little space to move and objected to the fact that they had nowhere to place their toiletries.
