Positive Reviews

The best place for your pooch

If you travel to Denver with your dog, then you have to stay here. The owner has dogs and loves to welcome people and their furry friends. The area is fine for taking your dog for a walk, and the rooms are big enough so you won't feel confined.

Fabulous breakfast

A lot of places offer the trusty old continental but at this place you get that something extra. A cooked to order breakfast is just the right way to start a busy day of business or sightseeing. You can order whatever you want within reason of course.

Spend a night in history

You might wake up at this place and feel like you've stepped back in time. The décor is incredibly vintage, and many guests find it very tasteful. It has a certain air of exclusivity about it but at affordable rates. Wonderfully quaint.

Negative Reviews

Could be in better shape

This place has so much potential but unfortunately it seems that the owner hasn't yet decided to renovate. It's supposed to be a vintage style place, but the rooms are starting to look more like they are poorly maintained.

A noisy place

Whether it's people walking on the creaky floorboards or it's the owner's dogs barking, you're going to hear quite a bit of noise at this guesthouse. Some guests have also noted that you can hear a bit of noise from outside the hotel too.

Not a great neighborhood

This guesthouse is located in an area where there's not too much to do at any time of the day or night. Some guests felt the area looked a little rundown, and they didn't feel too safe walking around at night.
