Positive Reviews

Main street location for drinking and dining

This bed and breakfast's main street location was thought to be excellent for being able to walk to many nice restaurants, as well as some good pub nightlife and live music in a matter of minutes.

Clean basic accommodation

Guests said that the rooms here were clean and equipped with comfortable beds — offering all the basics in a cosy package, along with en-suite bathrooms.

Tasty breakfast options in or out

Those who chose to eat in said the breakfasts served here were thought to be lovely and for those who found them to be too late, there are apparently other good options nearby.

Negative Reviews

Night-time noise to deal with

The flipside of this B&B's very central location was that there was apparently a lot of night-time noise to deal with, thanks to those out late on the streets, the pizzeria which is said to be located just next door and the occasional drunken fellow guest.

Small and dated for price, no brekkie included

Some of those who stayed thought the rooms to be a bit too small, dated and stuffy and said that the prices were a bit too high, especially considering that the breakfasts were not included in the price.

Not all found staff welcoming

Not everyone found the staff here to be very welcoming — some considering them instead to be a bit rude — and some were disappointed to find that there was no-one on site to greet them or to help throughout their stay.
