The hotel offers a handy service in that their shuttle will transport guests anywhere in a three-mile radius. Travellers appreciate this service as they find that renting a vehicle is not really necessary, saving them a substantial amount of cash. More than anything they appreciate not having to search for parking in the busy surroundings, and just being dropped off at the end of the day is a pleasure.

Comfortable rooms

From the awesome beds that offer a great night's sleep to the large number of top quality pillows, guests find the rooms provide them with more than sufficient luxurious amenities. Negative Reviews

AC Calamity

The most consistent concern comes from light-sleepers who have suffered a night of insomnia because of the AC units. Located right next to the bed, units are old, smelly and extremely loud. Pack earplugs, or you may have to choose between being cool or kept awake by noise.

Bad for Business

From time to time, those staying on business have a less-than-perfect experience. Poor phone coverage in rooms, broken USB chargers and fridges, non-functioning key cards and bad receptions on TVs are among the short list of issues blighting the stays of some businesspersons.

Minor Moans

While the majority of guests have a thoroughly enjoyable stay, minor mishaps sully the experience for some. Occasional instances of understaffing at breakfast annoy some, broken down or painfully slow  elevators perplex others, while still others find compact bathroom cubicles are badly designed and claustrophobic.
