Positive Reviews

Affordable and clean

This hotel is a little on the old side but what it lacks in modern style it makes up for in cleanliness. The rooms and hotel are clean throughout making it great for families. It's also extremely affordable given its great location.

Super location in town

The hotel is right by downtown, so it's pretty easy to get around on foot. You won't have to worry too much about getting cab rides back if you stay at this hotel. The skiing is also just a half hour's drive away making it the ideal base for a budget ski trip.

Friendly staff

The great staff at this hotel do their best to make every guest feel right at home. It's nice to see that a hotel is so concerned with good customer service and even better, to get advice on the local area that you might not find in the guide books.

Negative Reviews

A hotel from the eighties

The hotel is quite old, and the furniture is not the greatest. It's mostly aesthetics, though, as everything still functions quite well and is kept in good condition. If you don't mind dated décor, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Wi-Fi not the greatest

The signal strength of the Wi-Fi is very unpredictable so you may enjoy checking your mails each day or then again you may not. It's certainly not something that you will want to rely on while staying here so don't depend on it for work.

Poor breakfast

For many guests, a Danish and coffee don't exactly amount to the breakfast of champions. You may end up in a local diner having another breakfast after the poor offering provided here.
