The district is comparatively safe, so you can take your time strolling into the evening and enjoy the delectable barbecue/ethnic restaurants and more!
The staff are a nice team. They are congenial and think nothing of going out of their way try to make your stay comfortable. They are a genuine nice group.
You have access to a free shuttle service within a certain distance of the hotel, which includes the convention center downtown along with numerous restaurants and art museums. The complimentary drinks during cocktail hour are a blast. There's also free parking and a free pass to the gym. Overall, the hotel is quite generous indeed!
You may find the hotel somewhat dated and in need of a face-lift. Discomforts like showers that don't work or drain properly, grimy walls with unidentifiable spots, peeling wallpaper, hair on the floor, mildew in the bathroom, dirty carpet, bad mattresses, and furnishings with chipped paint spots are some of the things that may make you think twice about returning.
