Guests loved the location which is close to most of the major inner city attractions of Vienna. The rooms are modern and clean. They offer an excellent price for a city stay according to guests. There is a train station nearby, making it easy to explore the city via subway. Rooms were clean and the beds are comfortable.
Guests enjoyed the customer service they encountered at this location. The staff was well versed in English, helpful and friendly. They offered information and brochures about the city and even researched things for customers if they had questions.
Guests who booked the breakfast liked the choice of foods and felt they received a good value for their money. They offer a good variety of choices on the buffet. The breakfast room is big enough so you do not have to hunt down a table to eat.
Many guests had trouble with a weak Wi-Fi signal or could not get a connection at all. If they did, they were kicked out regularly from their connection. There are hotspots usually also available at cafes and fast food chains around the city.
As this is a lively neighbourhood, there might be noise at night from people and cars. Sometimes guests also seemed to aggregate below rooms to have a smoke and got a bit loud. A solution is packing some earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.
Guests staying in summer complained about the lack of air conditioning in this hotel and said their rooms got quite hot. The hotel provides fans and you can open the windows, but this might not be a solution for everybody.
