The hotel is in close proximity to the airport, which is perfect for guests who have early morning flights or when you experienced late arrivals. Moreover, despite the hotel’s nearness to the airport, many guests were amazed that they were not able to hear a plane flying overhead.
Many of the guests chose this hotel because of its easy access to the monorail train. The said train can take you to the airport or to downtown Toronto in less than 30 minutes. Furthermore, a rental car building is also close to the property for those who hate relying on hotel shuttle services.
Guests loved the fact that there is a bar on the main floor of the hotel where they can chill at night while enjoying a delicious sip of juice and other light alcoholic beverages. The lounge area in the lobby is comfortable and well-spaced as well according to guests- an ideal place when you are looking for a place to hang out within the premises.
Many guests experienced being in a room with a broken air conditioning unit. Some of them even woke up with sweat and had trouble sleeping because of the unfriendly temperature.
There were also major concerns by previous guests that the shower water is not hot enough. In addition, reports about the pressure being weak were noted by guests so showering becomes a difficult chore at times.
Pets are allowed in the rooms, which doesn't work well to the other guests who don't like having animals as their neighbours. Many were disturbed because of the loud barking of animals.
