Bright and Clean Rooms

It was nice for most guests to have a nice clean room with extra space included. The rooms are found to be really nice in their décor and their space, and the cleaning services are found to be top-notch.

Excellent Breakfast

The breakfast buffet is found to be of good quality, there was plenty to eat and plenty to choose from. The breakfast did not leave guests hungry and many were satisfied. The price reflected the quality.

Spa Area is Nice

For those guests who had some time to explore the spa, they felt the spa area with the steam room and two Finnish saunas to be a nice amenity. They were able to relax and forget about their problems for that time.

Unstable Wi-Fi Connection

For some guests, the Internet connection was too slow or did not work at all during their stay. Not only this, the Internet is not free but rather is charged on a daily basis. It's not very cheap considering it's free in public areas and also did not work well.

Not so central Location

The location to the city centre is not very central and is not ideal for guests who do not have a car. The public transport is not as close either so it can be an awkward distance to the centre.

Noisy Neighbours

Some guests could hear many noises coming from their next door neighbours and since most are traveling the city, at night, they would like to be able to sleep without hearing when the other guests turn in their beds. The road noise is also distracting.
