    Beach View is an all-suite hotel just across the street from Paynes Bay Beach in St. James. It boasts 3 acres of manicured gardens and offers one, two and three-bedroom suites. Suites feature modern Caribbean décor and open living spaces, with views of the gardens and the sea. Each comes equipped with a full kitchen with appliances, washer and dryer, cable TV, stacked washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi access. Beach View has a large pool area complete with sunbeds and umbrellas, and separate pools for adults and children. Pool exercise programmes are offered for a nominal fee. Guests can dine at a casual, bistro-style restaurant as well as a rooftop bar that provides panoramic sunset views. In-room dining is also available. The hotel is a 7-minute drive from Holetown, an area with a variety of restaurants and shopping options. However, there are beaches and some restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance from the property.
