Hlumu Lodge is located a mere 6km outside of the Badplaas Valley, where it sits on the foot of the Hlumuhlumu Mountains in Eastern Mpumalanga and is a comfortable 3 hour drive from Gauteng. Hlumu Lodge is an ideal stop over for travellers en route to the Kruger National Park, Swaziland and Mozambique 12 Chalets of different sizes make up the lodge's accommodation. Individually sized, they can accommodate from 2 up to 6 people. All chalets have private verandas overlooking the spectacular mountains and homely atmosphere. All of which makes Hlumu the ideal destination for a naturally beautiful and relaxing getaway Each Chalet is equipped with linen, towels, tea/coffee making facilities, fans, wall heaters, TVs with selected DStv and all Chalets are serviced daily. Fully equipped self-catering cabins are also available. The Lodge itself holds a restaurant, where there’s always something mouth watering and wholesome for dinner.
