The Ocean View Villa is the romantic gem of Makaira. It is ideal for those in love seeking affordable luxury while enjoying our unforgettable ocean views. The split level design presents an infinity view from the spacious Master Bedroom Suite, with a king size canopy bed. The bathroom is huge, with an open walk in shower, closet and vanity, with a backdoor leading to a secret garden where you can laze in a hammock in privacy or enjoy a cool refreshing jungle shower. 3 steps down From the master bedroom leads to the Kitchenette and dining area which opens out to an semi- open deck, complete with a plunge pool. The Villa aside from being the romantic getaway can also comfortably accommodate up to 4 for families with children above 7 years old, or friends traveling together where privacy is not an issue. The more suitable accommodation for families with older children, couples or friends is the two bedrooms and two baths Grander. It is situated on its own private acre of paradise. Each room was built to capture the spectacular panoramic ocean views from the time you wake up in the morning until you close your eyes at night when the gentle sound of waves will lull one into a restful night's sleep. Both Master bedrooms have King Size beds however the second bedroom can be converted from a King to two single beds. They each have their own bathrooms one with a shower/tub combination and the other with a walk in shower. The bedrooms open up to the lounge area that includes the kitchenette and dining area. The frontage is a long covered deck with a dipping pool in the middle and an open tanning area on either side. When you return from the beach have a little rinse off in the refreshing jungle shower. The Marlin Cottage is ideally suited for a couple or a single that are on a bit of a budget. It was our original accommodation in 2004, we completely remodeled and updated it in November 2018 into an open floor design. It still captures the romance with a King Size bed, spacious bathroom with large walk in shower, Kitchenette, lounge/dining area that leads to a semi covered deck with a private plunge pool/ Lest we forget the refreshing outside jungle shower.
