Ugrin Paikka

Guest house "Ugrin Paikka" is a separate house in the quiet Finnish village named Sippola near Hamina and Kouvola. On the 1st floor of the house is a cozy two-bedroom apartment with a separate entrance: three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a toilet room and a room with a shower and a sauna. On the 2nd floor of the house is a small one-room apartment with a bedroom-hall, a kitchen and a a combined shower room with a toilet in corridor. In the attic of the house is a nice apartment with three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a combined shower room with a toilet. Each apartment has WiFi, TV, equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave and dishes. The sauna in the house is heated by firewood and can be accessed for guests from any apartment by prior arrangement. At the end of the house is a cafe for celebrations, seminars, trainings, etc. for up to 30 people. There are their own kitchen, two toilets, a handmade souvenir shop, WiFi, projector and screen. Free parking near the guest house. In the courtyard of the guest house is a place for grilling and barbecue. A five-minute walk from the guest house has a supermarket, a pharmacy, a stylish bar, a Protestant church and a modern art center. In ten-minutes walk from the guest house there is a resort lake, an arboretum track, a ski track with illumination, and also a skating rink. Nearby there is a cheese factory with the possibility of tasting and buying hard Cheder and Emmental cheeses, semi-hard and soft cream cheese, as well as dessert cheeses with cloudberry, cowberry or other jams. Employees of the guest house will tell you about the sights in the nearby towns of Kouvola, Hamina, Kotka and others. They will answer questions about the possibilities for recreation, shopping, participation in various events in Finland.
