The rooms have been described as well presented, clean and spacious with large, comfortable beds. All the basic amenities are provided including complimentary tea and coffee along with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV that offers plenty of movie channels. Long-stay guests also felt at home in suites which included a fully equipped kitchen in which to prepare meals.
Staff have been described as friendly, courteous, professional and helpful, providing assistance with local attractions and general information. Guests also enjoyed the complimentary social hour hosted by the hotel each evening which created a fun, social and welcoming atmosphere.
Despite other favorable reviews, some guests felt that the hotel was old and in need of remodeling. Complaints included that the furniture is old and dated including mattresses which are worn and uncomfortable and carpets that are also worn and in need of replacement.
Some guests reported that the hotel has poor sound insulation. Reports of loud and disturbing noises included the sound of traffic, loud air conditioning units and the audible sound of neighboring guests and those moving about the corridors.
Some guests reported that, in some instances, housekeeping were negligent in their cleaning regime as mold had been found growing along bathroom tiles and in the bathtub.
