Rooms are of a generous size and facilities include a desk, seating area, microwave, fridge and television. Guests have also complimented the sound-proofing saying very little noise can be heard and it is quite a peaceful property. Housekeeping staff work hard to keep the rooms clean to a high standard.

Complimentary cookies are served in the hotel lobby in the evening. There is an onsite swimming pool and hot tub; both are perfect places to relax after a day exploring the area or traveling. Breakfast has also received lots of compliments with quality ingredients used and a wide variety of food to choose from. Staff have been commended as being very friendly and helpful.

Guests have said that the property is overpriced for what you get and therefore doesn’t feel like good value. If you can get a good rate on the property then it will be worth considering.

The hotel feels a bit run down and tatty and is in need of a refurbishment. Some parts of the hotel are better than others but on the whole it needs money spending to bring it up to standard.

Perhaps because it is an older property guests have commented that it does not always meet the needs of today’s traveler. For example, limited sockets in the rooms make it difficult to use your laptop and limited seating in the breakfast area means you may have to queue for breakfast.
