Guests who stayed on the upper floors and relies on having to get the lift in order to reach their rooms said that it was extremely slow and also objected to the fact that there was only one elevator in the building.
Many who stayed here said they found it quite cumbersome having to leave the hotel in search of somewhere to eat as only breakfast is served on-site. Guests also objected to the fact that there was no bar on the premises.
The air-conditioning units have been described as being quite loud when switched on which prevented guests from using them at night. The problem was made worse by the fact that the windows do not open.
