The breakfast is found to be good and varied which was helpful for most guests to start their day. The breakfast is not your typical coffee and pastry basic breakfast but also offers other hot and cold items.

Some guests really enjoyed the refined ambiance they felt in the hotel. They thought the common areas like the restaurant, lounge and rooms were nicely kept and tranquil. It was an enjoyable stay for guests looking for some serenity.

The rooms are found to be nice and clean by most guests who enjoyed the minimalist design and furnishings. They also thought the rooms were cared for nicely on a daily basis.

Some guests had bad experiences with the staff members who were not actively looking to make their guests feel welcome. They did not apologize for obvious mistakes such as placing guests in rooms that were of lower level than what they paid for.

The Wi-Fi is said to be poor and slow with regards to signal and speed. The Internet was not working very well for most guests which was very annoying considering the Internet is a basic amenity nowadays.

Some guests did not enjoy the location the hotel is set in, as it was described as a place on a hill with a long walk to get a bus just to go out of the area. To catch the bus was difficult in itself and there were no paths to follow, so guests advice others to have a car transportation.
