Guests who wanted to visit Hollywood and the film studios were pleased to find that the hotel is only a short walk away from the attractions. Many used the hotel as a base to explore this part of Los Angeles and also appreciated being close to many of the local bars, restaurants and diners. .
The staff have been described as very approachable and friendly, willing to offer guests useful tips and advice about local attractions and dining options. The front desk staff were said to be very efficient when it came to dealing with the guests' requests and queries and the spa staff have also been praised for their courtesy and professionalism. .
The rooms have been described as clean and well-presented with all the necessary amenities including fridges and microwaves. Guests appreciated the modern décor of the rooms and said that the bathrooms were equally clean and equipped with modern fittings and fixtures. .
Some of the guests said that the parking places were rather tight and that it was a struggle to fit into the narrow spaces. Many had to double- park as places were limited and also objected having to pay a daily rate for parking their vehicles on-site. .
The choice on offer for breakfast was said to be rather limited and guests were disappointed to find that they had to purchase their food from the on-site snack bar. As the breakfast offerings were rather meager, many chose to have their morning meal at one of the nearby diners. .
The Wi-Fi signal in the rooms was said to be very slow and intermittent which inconvenienced many guests particularly those who had to use the Internet for work. .
