The 4-star Boutique-hotel Schlussel is a tranquil country hotel situated in the upper area of Beckenried, an idyllic village 20 minutes outside Lucerne. The beautiful house offers 12 boutique rooms, each a symbiosis of modern, exclusive comfort with special pieces of long gone times. All Boutique-rooms are spacious & friendly, individually decorated and furnished with free standing bathtubs, nostalgic water taps and basins of the Belle Epoche. The romantic country hotel invites you to enjoy, relax, work and stay. Indulge stunning views to Lake Lucerne and the surrounding mountains and simply enjoy being in the heart of Switzerland. The restaurant philosophy is simple and straightforward: «fresh, uncomplicated and good». Schlüssel uses exclusively fresh products like cheese from the neighbouring alps, locally produced spirits and meats from local farmers. The menus offered depend on the season, the guests' desire as well as the daily changing mood of your host and chef, making it clear: «we serve what we have». You will not find a written menu in the restaurant Schlüssel. The hosts will explain the menu at the guests' table. Choose from over 200 mainly european wines.
