Nearly every previous guest at the Branson Towers Hotel was thrilled with the high level of customer service provided. Along with being accommodating to all requests and enquiries, the staff will go that extra mile with their hospitality and friendliness to improve your stay.
The complimentary buffet breakfast at the hotel has received a lot of praise from past guests. Along with a varied and substantial selection, many guests were happy with the quality of the food served. Furthermore, the complimentary ice cream social that is provided most nights has also been admired.
Although there is a reported lack of restaurants and things to do in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation, the Branson Towers Hotel is suitably located to explore Branson. The Branson Theatre District and Titanic Museum are a short five-ten minute drive away, while further afield the likes of Silver Dollar City and Table Rock Lake can be reached within 20 minutes by car.
Perhaps the biggest complaint attributed to the Branson Towers Hotel is its dated appearance. From the breakfast area having old-fashioned furnishings to the game room having out-of-date arcade machines, certain areas of the hotel are starting to show their age in the opinion of some past guests.
The water pressure for the showers is weak and not sufficient - according to a few previous visitors to the hotel. For those that complained about this problem, it was most notable in the mornings.
A small number of previous guests at the Branson Towers Hotel have reported that their rooms were affected by the smell of smoke.
