If you want to get a true of taste Mexico, it won't take you long to get to the centre of town. It's accessible by foot in only a few minutes, so you can check all the restaurants, bars, and attractions.
Even if you book an ocean-view room, there's a chance you won't be blown away by the view. Some of the rooms aren't really ocean front, so you will have to lean over the railing to be able to see the water.
Despite having a full customer service staff, you won't find they are of much help. They aren't very friendly, and some are downright rude.
