About Cadet Hotel
The privately-owned The Cadet was originally a home for air force cadets. Today, South Beach’s high-flying guests enjoy luxury accommodation just 400 yards from the beach. Many of the air-conditioned rooms and suites have great garden views. They feature free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, telephone, and a refrigerator. Quality furnishings, mood lighting, and Egyptian cotton bed linen make for a soothing end to the day. The garden is impressively tropical and relaxing. Also offering relaxation is the spa plunge pool which can accommodate up to ten people. A continental breakfast is served daily at The Cadet . Later dining menus at the Pied à Terre Restaurant have French Mediterranean appeal. The Lobby Bar is a popular place to meet up and the sumptuous Scotch Bar lives up to its title with an array of whisky choices. Less than five minutes' walk away guest can enjoy outdoor shopping at Lincoln Road Mall. Miami International Airport is ten miles away.
