The staff at the Callinica Hotel are great, they are very friendly and welcoming. The bar staff are very social with their guests and they stay open until everyone has gone to bed. The staff will go the extra mile to ensure that you enjoy your visit.

Many guests to the hotel have reported that they enjoyed the English breakfast. The chefs cook your breakfast for you to your specifications, the portions are good and it is not overpriced.

Some of the furniture at this hotel is in serious need of an upgrade. The fridges are missing shelves, and some doors and window shutters do not close properly. Some furniture has nailed sticking out of them and are falling apart. Although the towels and bed linen are clean, they are torn and have holes in them.

The cleaning services does not mop the floors and the bathrooms are inadequately cleaned. Some guests have also reported broken furniture, glass and rubbish being left out on the lawns of this hotel.
