Many resort amenities are provided at Long Beach Rv & Camping Resort, including Internet access, laundry facilities, library, recreational courts, picnic and barbecue area, restroom/storage facilities and swimming pool. Food must be brought to the reserve – the nearest restaurants are located south of the property in downtown Long Beach. Nearby points of interest include biking and nature trails directly surrounding the property site, as well as the Pacific Ocean and Long Beach Peninsula, which are within two miles of driving or walking distance.

The property is ideal if you want to enjoy nature and be within walking distance to the beach. There is plenty to get out and explore from the reserve - paved biking trails are great if you like to travel the area. If you are with your family, the recreational opportunities are endless.
The cottages and cabins for rent are clean and well-maintained between guests. The option of cabins is great if you want to stay on the property and don't have an RV. The amenities in the cabins were also useful, especially the kitchens.
There are a good number of amenities to enjoy on the property. If you have kids with you, the playground and sports courts helped give them something to do. Also, the laundry facility is especially helpful if you plan on staying for a few days.
If you want to take advantage of some of the amenities - such as the pool - you will need to plan your trip during the warmer season. The pool is closed during winter months, which could be an inconvenience for some guests.
There isn't very much room available for RV's - it feels a little crowded depending on where you are parked for the visit. If you like to have privacy, you might not be happy with a camper sitting only feet from your doors.
Due to the location and size of the campgrounds, it tends to get very busy and packed during certain times of the year. Be prepared for crowds or extra noise during the peak season - especially around summer holidays.
