Negative Reviews
negative:
Traffic noise
Traffic noise is to be expected, since the hotel is located at the heart of Makati Avenue, in the middle of a busy intersection. Just make sure ask for a pair of earplugs in advance. Many of the guests managed to have a comfortable sleep here though, so you need not to worry much.
negative:
Rooms may smell of smoke or dark
There are few negative comments about the rooms of the hotel, such as some smell of smoke even when they are branded as non-smoking. Some guests commented that the rooms they got were dark and dingy.
negative:
Only two lifts available
Some of the guests were a bit annoyed that a hotel of this size, with more than 20 floors, has only two lifts. Do not be surprised if, when going to the higher floors, you have to wait on the ground floor along with many other guests for the lifts.
