Guests all agree that the location of the apartments is excellent. Being in the heart of the CBD will allow you to easily access restaurants, shops, and public transportation, as needed. There is also a theatre right across the way for those that like the arts.
Several guests mentioned the fact that they liked having to use a key to enter the building or be buzzed in by the front desk. It gives these apartments an added sense of security.
Many guests said that the front desk staff were very friendly when they checked in and gave them very useful information about the apartments. Guests also mentioned that staff members will be easy to find whenever you have questions or problems of any kind.
Cleaning services in the apartments are not provided daily. Many guests said that can be a particular problem on Saturdays and Sundays. Several specifically mentioned that they wished someone would have come by to empty the rubbish bins in the bathroom because they are small and fill up quickly.
A lot of guests said that they didn't like certain things about the bathrooms and felt that they needed an update. Common complaints included no fans in the bathrooms, having to step up or down to enter the bathroom, and showers that occasionally flood the bathroom floors. A few people also mentioned loose bathroom tiles.
Be prepared for some noise when you stay in these apartments. The floor boards are creaky, which could disturb you when those on the floor above are walking around.
