    Since everyone has different preference when it comes to bed and its softness, past guests have complained of beds being way too soft for their comfort level. Guests couldn't sleep properly due to this reason and left discontented with their stay.

    As the hotel is located on a busy road, guests had to bear constant traffic noise throughout the day and night. Moreover, the room windows aren't double glazed due to which there was zero sound isolation.
