Cottonwood Hotel is Cottonwood's oldest and smallest hotel, and a very non-traditional hotel (small boutique inn). What was once 10 rooms in its heyday, is now 5 units consisting of 1 small room, 2 deluxe rooms, and 2 deluxe suites on the upper floor. Units are all private, all with their own bath. Units 1 and 2 are suitable and comfortable enough for a week vacation stay. The ground floor units on the main floor are behind the innkeeper's office/storefront. The innkeeper lives on the property. Note: The stairs to the upper floor and hallway are narrow. There is no elevator. Ground floor vacation rental units have a drop down step. This historic property has small rooms and is not handicap accessible. Cottonwood Hotel's Common Balcony is a favorite place for guests. It has the best views overlooking Old Town with northeastern skies over Sedona views on the horizon. A great place for watching solar flares, meteor showers and Cottonwood's Fantastic 4th of July fireworks. Relax on a cool summer evening with a glass of wine from one of the local tasting rooms or a nice cold brewski from one of our local bars or enjoy a morning cup of coffee or tea on a sunny cold winter morning.
