Guests reported that the interior design of the hotel was modern and beautifully decorated. The rooms are a descent size with comfortable furnishings. Both the restaurant and bar provide a pleasant atmosphere to relax in. Guests also reported that the hotel is convenient for business travelers due to the 24-hour business center and well appointed meeting rooms.
Guests reported that the staff are warm, friendly and flexible, as with late check-outs for example, which staff endeavor to accommodate where possible.
Guests have commented that some parts of the hotel, including the guest rooms, appear to be newly refurbished while other parts are be dated and run down. Some aspects of the hotel including decor and guest room furnishings still require updating to fit in with the modern sections of the hotel.
At times the housekeeping service is unreliable as the bathrooms are not always cleaned thoroughly. Some guests reported that hair has been found in the bathrooms and that rubbish from previous guests had been found in the rooms.
The hotel is located close to a highway and some guests reported difficulties sleeping due to the frequent sound of traffic.
